Herpy has had a good 13 year run and will never be forgotten for those of us who experienced it. Sadly the site is today unappealing and is no longer fit for the audience of 2018. What is your favourite music?

Post by Valcyrie » July 6th, 2016, 3:19 am

I mostly listen to metal, even though I like a little bit of everything except heavy electronica such as hardstyle, and jazz.

Im much into folk and environmental / movie theme music as well, such as Two Steps from Hell.

I listen to well Rock, heavy metal, some pop music if it's good and lots of epic instrumentals or orchestras. And do listen to country from time to time but it's not really a favorite just a tiny plus on the side

I pretty much like most types of music, it really depends on the mood I'm in as to what I'll listen to more. However, personally, I like folk kind of music, although it's usually a mix genre of folk with rock or pop or whatever.

Some examples being:

Rock, mostly from the 60s to 90s. But I don't completely ignore newer rock, I'm just very picky.

I mostly listen to the various genres of metal, primarily brutal death metal. Probably my favorite band is Suffocation, here's a sample of them.

I mostly listen to various kinds of black metal, typically atmospheric black metal. Can't list a single favorite, unfortunately. Sometimes I do enjoy listening to soundtracks and epic orchestral music and sometimes even ambient music.

I love all kinds of music! My favorite genres are hard rock, indie, chillstep, and classical. My favorite band/group would have to be Imagine Dragons (they do have dragons in their name!) And my all-time favorite song is Pieces, by Red: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Uw8mIcQJn8

I listen to all types, and yes believe it or not that includes bluegrass lol. My favorite, by far though, would be metal and rock. Love it especially when drivin or gamin.

Mmm, I prefer epic, house, jazz, 80s, 90s, OST, electroswing... Actually a lot of favorites, even don't know how to put them all. Though I try not to impose myself in a frame, and occasionally listen different kind of music.

I used to prefer heavy metal predominantly, however I had a change of heart and I reoriented to pop and predominantly nightcore. I still like metal a lot though.
