Herpy has had a good 13 year run and will never be forgotten for those of us who experienced it. Sadly the site is today unappealing and is no longer fit for the audience of 2018. dragon doodles

Post by Ishiah » July 12th, 2016, 4:26 am

Hello!

I draw a lot of dragons, so I figured this would be a good place to unload some of the doodles I like.

I like to sketch out random scenes I've been daydreaming about so it usually involves both dragons and people. My stuff ends up being pretty stylized and sketchy, so hopefully you guys like this kind of stuff.

Here's a few examples:

IMAG0648_1_1.jpg
I'll post more later. I just wanted to get my page made.

Thanks for taking a look at my dragons!

Haven't posted much yet. Here's sketch dump of recent dragons I liked.

I don't normally like yellow dragons, but I thought the color turned out well in the first one.

Last one is roughly inspired by Kushala Daora from the Monster Hunter series.

Nice drawings! Whenever I draw it turns into a mess of sketch lines and eventually becomes a blob :/ not my thing really.
People are like dragons. They can be dangerous, but they can be friendly. But whatever you are, take flight into the blue abyss of endless possibility!

Some more drawings of mine! You might have seen some of these posted on discord, but I'm realizing chat rooms are an inferior way to share art.

This cute red dragon is pinning down a wizard:

Heh, this Dragon is holding up a wizard with his tail:

Rider and dragon:

Been drawing a lot of knights recently. Here's a doodle I did today:

Lastly, here's a dude turning into a dragon. Lucky bastard.

I just realized all those drawings involved both dragons and people...

I love the three first drawings, you know I always find your dragons very cute x3.
Also, I think colour suits them perfectly.

Thanks Drako! I always like hearing that others find my dragons as cute as I do!

Yeah I think I'm getting a bit better at utilizing colors

I love your doodles, I kind of expect to see them in a little book, where the drawing is on the right hand page and opposite it you write a short story to accompany them.
Like dew or a flash of lightning;
Thus we shall perceive them.

Hah I don't think anyone who draws dragon porn should also be doing illustrations for a children's book...

I do like the idea of having short stories accompanying my drawings. Most of my art is based on my daydreams, but I've never tried my hand at writing them out.
