Herpy.nu is now closed and archived - will be replaced by something new and better.

Herpy has had a good 13 year run and will never be forgotten for those of us who experienced it. Sadly the site is today unappealing and is no longer fit for the audience of 2018. The gallery will remain operational until further notice. You can follow me on Twitter for further developments. We also have a Discord server which has become the heart of the community. If you wish to join it, send me a PM over Twitter.

Kind regards,

Hackintosh

Post by Matoegos » September 30th, 2016, 9:41 am

Hi everyone, I was curious, are any of you fellow Hackintoshers?

For those who don't know, a Hackintosh is a Windows PC (Usually custom made) that runs Apple's Mac OS X.
We have a great community over on www.InsanelyMac.com.

Do you guys have Hackintoshes or have heard of it? If so, which versions have you previously run on your PC's over the years? Here's mine:

PC 1: Mac OS X Mavericks 10.9.5 (Main Gaming and Editing Rig) Bootloader: Clover r3380
Laptop 1: Mac OS X Mavericks 10.9.5 (Just Casual Web Browsing and Image Editing) Bootloader: Chameleon r2716
PC 2: Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8 (This is my Media Playing PC, so I want Front Row with 10.6) Bootloader: Chameleon r2716
Laptop 2: Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.11 (JaS) (This was my hobby project a few years back, I don't really use it for anything) Bootloader: Custom JaS Chameleon Build

Best regards,

- Matt
