It is meat cut in pieces, covered in flour and spices and cooked with oil, white wine, onion ane garlic.

Still freak weather in Sydney. We're hitting higher than summer maximums in autum at about 10-15C abovr average maximum at this time of year once a week. (~15-20F higher).
Seriously. Not the tropics but still hitting 35C last Tuesday.

Post! Yeah... 29C seems to be a bit high... Looks like the tropical cyclones might start coming down further south in the next few decades. Bit concerned.
